We are proud to announce the third solo show of works by Hanns Schimansky
at Gallery Klein in Cologne, Germany. Hanns Schimansky is one of the most important contemporary German draftsman. The exhibition will focus on Foldings, that have
been made from 1993 to 2016.

Hanns Schimansky was born in 1949 in Bitterfeld, he lives and works in Berlin.
His works were exhibited in 1990 in the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin, 1998 in Sprengel Museum Hannover and Ystad Konstmuseum (S), 2000 in Musée d´Art et d´Histoire, Neuchatel (FR), 2001 in Kunsthalle Rostock, 2003 Musee d Art et d Histoire, Neuchatel and Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe, 2008 in the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag 2008 and 2010 at Meisterhaus Kandinsky Klee in Dessau, 2014 in Leonhardi Museum Dresden and 2015 in Kunstmuseum Ahrenshoop.
